Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning - Chains & Category
1. Build a roadmap of specific categories for the Ecommerce Channel, strategize and implement programs/plans for development of sales of assigned categories .
2. Customer Business Development through execution of category best practices and insights, and development of common strategic initiatives.
3. Develop retailer wise portfolio & execution strategies to build category relevance.
4. Drive activities & strategies that help market share gain for the assigned category .
Business Delivery
1. Achieve volume and sales targets through effective implementation of sales strategies, Identifying the key challenges
2. a. Sales planning/ stock requirement forecast
3. b. Brand activations
External Customer Engagement
1. Develop a mutually beneficial JBP with Key customers with clearly defined KPIs and review mechanisms.
2. Conduct regular reviews on the progress of KPIs and agree on correctional steps with the customers.
3. Engaging with the Chains category Teams for Business planning and delivery, Promotion & Visibility planning and driving for Desired market Shares
4. Build relationship and regular wiring for the brand & Customer's Management teams
5. Prioritization and deployment of available spends towards strategic focus areas and activities for chains and brands
6. Track utilization and effectiveness of trade spends in activities & channels
7. Portfolio solutions to build & drive relevance of Ambrane brands in categories
8. Optimize cost to serve and profitably manage account visibility investments
9. To plan and execute investment strategy in Key Accounts with focus on
10. a. Availability
b. Fill Rates
c. Listing
d. Visibility
Required Candidate profile:
1- The candidate with min. experience of 4-5 years in ecommerce channel will be given preference
2- The candidate should have relevant domain knowledge in electronics industry
3- Fresher with MBA from top institutes and strong analytical skills are welcome
