Client Engagement:
- Assisting senior Private Bankers in day-to-day management of client portfolios, devising investment policy statement, portfolio strategy & asset allocation, product pitches and day-to-day account management.
- Ensuring seamless execution of non-vanilla transactions, i.e., direct private equity deals, privately placed InvITs, MLDs etc.
- Efficient and intense client coverage for each investment opportunity curated by Product Team.
- Comprehensive Periodic Portfolio Reviews in coordination with Product and Advisory Team and resultant portfolio rebalancing.
- Keeping a tab of maturities, redemptions, put options and capital gains situations and pre-empt reinvestments and device reinvestment strategies well ahead of above eventualities.
- Keeping a track of clients' investment requirements at all times, ensure those are met by Ambit and working towards making Ambit as the bankers of first recall for any such requirement.
- Keeping a tab of research reports, insights, analysis etc. put forth by Product and Advisory group and accordingly device investment strategy/ investment pitch/ tactical shifts/ portfolio rebalancing for the clients.
Client Acquisition:
- Keeping a track of asset monetization by prospective clients through Stake Sales, Fund Raising, Block Deal, Real Estate sale, IPOs etc. and make attempts to sniff the deals at early stage to get a foot in the door early on.
- To achieve the above, AM would create his/ her network of Investment Bankers/ Private Equity professionals/ M&A Lawyers/ Transaction Bankers apart from primary research through financial media and deal tracking platforms.
- Working on focus client segments, i.e., senior Lawyers, Bankers and Big-4 Consultants, CXOs, business promoters etc. to create a prospect funnel for company's products and services and to create a prospect pipeline for senior Private Bankers to engage with.
- Developing a network of influencers and referral partners, i.e., influential Chartered Accountants and Investment Bankers; senior Lawyers and Management Consultants; Real Estate Consultants, Brokers etc.
- Seeking referrals and recommendations from existing clients within their fraternity and sphere of influence
- In general, assist senior Private Bankers in overall prospect management, prospect review and constant feeding of prospects funnel.
Soft Skills:
- Highly driven and motivated individual with a vision for a sizable Private Banking book, characterized by high quality clientele.

Technical Skills:
- Expert level understanding of investment products, i.e., mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, MLDs, REITs, InvITs etc.
- Develop expertise in pitching and executing Private Equity deals
- Develop ability to carry out secondary research in Equities and present investment case in Direct Equities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Develop proficiency in preparing Investment Policy Statements, Financial Plans, Investment Proposals and Investment Advisory Pitches.
