Implement Company Policies & Processes 2. Supervise the Employee Onboarding Programs 3. Oversee Employee Offboarding 4. Evaluating HRIS performance 5. Developing and implementing improvement plans to HR processes 6. Setting operational performance targets and monitoring performance 7. Creating budgets and tracking spend 8. Managing & tracking employee queries system 9. Managing & Supervising Payroll cycle & process 10. Managing Point system for performance evaluation 11. Managing & overseeing employee expenses 12. In-depth knowledge of Statutory Compliances Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree would be a mandate. 2. Outstanding communication skills. 3. Overall 6+ years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR generalist environment with a rapidly growing company. 4. Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. 5. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google workspace, etc. 6. Ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the stakeholders to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed. 7. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. 8. Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance HR Systems Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 9.
