Job Description:

- Assist in creating and maintaining pitch books for road show presentations. Assist the Investment Banker during his road shows.

- Collate data on trading & transaction comps, analyze precedent transactions for new and refinancing deals

- Company Liquidity analysis: Analyze and compare company's liquidity for different sectors.

- Model and analyze the liability Management structure of an entity

- Model Capital structure of the company for optimal capital and debt structure analysis. Build models to perform stress testing on different funding structures.

- Perform accurate pricing updates on all deals/bonds using Bloomberg and/or other data sources.

- Maintain internal database of old and new deals. Collate and maintain all information relating to DCM deals across Europe and Asia.

- Update of generic market slides (credit and rates)

- Write weekly/periodic summary of client research pieces.

- Layouts on case studies

- Primary order book analysis

- Hands on experience of Deal-logic, debt domain, Thomson banker, Bloomberg, Factiva will be preferred
