We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated individual to lead the Channel marketing and engagement /charter on the Amazon Business marketplace (AB). The role will need to obsess over business customers on Amazon, understand their needs, identifying their barriers and triggers to engage more with Amazon Business, and then leverage this understanding to conceptualize and execute marketing programs to get businesses across India to engage consistently on Amazon Business. The role will need to strategize, develop and execute interventions to serve these enrolled customers. Core part of the job would be to create communication messages and execute them on the right channels to deliver on goals of higher customer visits on AB marketplace, which ultimately lead to higher orders and revenue from these customers. The role will also serve as an ambassador and an evangelist for these customers within Amazon, and will influence what other teams are doing to serve them. In this quest, the role will need to partner with creative agencies, research and media partners to create integrated marketing plans that solve for this opportunity. Internally the role would need to work with teams and leadership across functions such as Sales, Category, Legal, Product and Finance. The position will report to the Head of Marketing for Amazon Business and is based at the Amazon India headquarters in Bangalore. Key job responsibilities - - Conceptualize and implement a traffic strategy, which drives higher customer visits from enrolled Amazon Business customers - Identify new marketing channels, experiment, establish financial sustainability and scale them to increase outreach to customers. Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of marketing campaigns - Track traffic metrics (customer sign-ins, visits, bounce rate, orders, GMS) amongst existing customers and setup initiatives to improve them - Lead the adoption of business-specific payment methods to enable business customers to make purchases seamlessly - Be the Voice of business customers to help organization serve these customers better. - Contribute to "Customer Engagement" charter by working cross-functionally with business leaders from Marketing, Product, Category, Sales and global teams to get and provide insights and drive actions with them to deliver business goals. - Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to identify and convert data analysis into actionable insights - Deliver outcomes within financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and monitoring results - Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes
