We are looking for a strategic, creative, and analytical leader who can develop the business, content and product strategy for India. He/She will work in a highly collaborative environment, and be responsible for working both with the local teams in India as well as the Global team in Seattle. The right leader will be data-driven with a proven track record of developing business strategy and building businesses. This leader must have strong written and verbal communications skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others, a passion for digital video, and strong cross-functional leadership. Key Strategic Objective -&nbsp; - Develop and chart out a holistic business strategy for India - Collaborate with local and global teams to develop scalable programs that can drive performance - Own and present to senior leadership narrative around the Indian Strategy - Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - MBA Preferred - Strategy Consulting experience a plus - 15+ years- experience in Indian Media Industry - Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others - Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience analyzing consumer and content trends - Experience in the media industry preferred. - Has relentlessly high standards - Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
