Amazon.in is looking for a Segment Research Manager to build, consolidate and leverage consumer insights for the Mass & Brand Marketing team. The Research Manager reviews data collection, research findings, authors insight reports and makes business-oriented recommendations that materially benefit Amazon.
This role will be tasked with continuously raising the bar and ensuring high quality research outputs that are critical components in decision making.
This will require working extensively with the stakeholders in defining and executing research studies, ensuring timely delivery and dissemination of research outputs; working closely with external agency partners to support these research initiatives.
This role requires an individual with expertise in consumer research, along with excellent analytical and communication abilities.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail, vocally self-critical, with an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Basic qualifications :
- 4 to 6 years- experience in Market Research
- Experience in brand and advertising research methodologies
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with critical deadlines
- Ability to assimilate data and hone in on key insights that drive business recommendations
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong ability to communicate and influence within multiple levels of the organization
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word
- Master's degree in business, statistics or mathematics
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience in Ecommerce/ Retail
- Analytical skills with experience in statistical modelling
