As Program Manager, you will be part of Line Haul operations team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Fulfillment Centers (FCs), Sort Centers (SCs), Supply Chain, Finance and Last Mile (LM) operations team. We are looking for individuals with proven ability to drive process improvements & ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline driven environment. The individual should have a can-do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance. Your role will involve managing operational metrics, lead continuous improvement process and cost initiatives and plan for new SC/LM station launch changes in network.

Responsibility :

- Program manage the cost savings initiatives for LH Network operations

- Track existing metrics, identify leading indicators impacting LH network cost, conduct impact assessment analysis & drive mitigation measures etc.

- Identify new initiatives & work with cross-functional teams (analytics, operations finance etc.) to draw out detailed plan(s) & drive their implementation

- Understand industry landscape, trends and incorporate the learnings across programs

- Program manage LH network expansion

- Support Supply Chain, SCs/FCs/LM operation & program teams in building the Amazon network expansion strategy & execution frameworks

- Co-own & drive programs with senior leaders

Basic Qualifications :

- 3+ years experience in program or project management

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 3+ years experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- BE/ B.Tech /MBA from a reputed university

- 3+ years of Transportation or Supply Chain experience, preferably in a similar role, within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment

- Forecasting, planning or scheduling background in a transportation or production environment.

- Excel skills required. Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.

- Strong Analytical skills: Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.

- Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of management, peers, and external stakeholders.

- MBA desirable.

- Experience in process improvement preferred with additional benefits for knowledge of specific methodologies such has Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.
