Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Program Manager in our Amazon India marketplace Seller lending team.

- Our mission is to support a larger share of third party sellers on the IN Marketplace with their working capital requirements. We work with external partners to offer varied credit facilities to the qualified seller base. The Program manager will be responsible to anchor and drive the program by closely working with lenders on the platform to constantly improve the program proposition. The candidate is expected to undertake targeted effort to improve lenders funnel conversion from seller inquiries on loan offers to loans disbursed.

- The successful candidate will be a self-starter, process and detail oriented, has a sense of urgency towards timelines, actively participates in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and is highly analytical and resourceful. He/ she should possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within and outside Amazon.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Monitor and drive lenders performance on key program metrics like TAT, approval rates and overall funnel conversion, interest rate, default rates and timely data updation and reporting.

- Work with lenders with poor performance on metrics to implement corrective actions and measure the efficacy of such initiatives

- Identify gaps in the current program proposition and look for Lenders / products that could help address those

- Assist in onboarding new Lenders on the platform by negotiating contracts and commercials, familiarizing them with all process, systems and metrics.

- Track key program metrics and prepare reporting dashboards required from time to time

- Assist in defining product features to help automate manual processes, improve lender and seller experience and reduce inefficiencies wherever applicable

- Perform application and loan data analysis, translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations for operational, program or product improvements

- Seek seller feedback through 3rd party calling activities, online surveys and reaching out to larger sellers, analyze the inputs and evaluate changes to process and product.

- Resolve Lender and seller pain points, work with lenders to seek credit enhancements for qualified sellers, timely loan renewals and other initiatives to retain sellers on the platform year on year.

Basic Qualifications :

- MBA degree from Top B School

- 3+ years of work experience in financial services in consulting or strategy roles driving new initiatives in operational excellence/ process improvement

- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

- Proficiency in Excel

- Basic knowledge of SQL. Ability to write and run SQL queries to extract information from database/data warehouse for data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously basic qualifications
