With such large selection being introduced by seller it becomes essential to fix and enrich product data and continuously monitor catalog quality. The exciting challenge is building systems at extremely large scales (billions of products in the catalog), large diversity of selections (products ranging from electronics to groceries to apparel and pet products). - In this role, you will not only own strategic initiatives and tactical deliverables, but also to bring your innovative ideas and solutions working closely with cross-functional teams. You will work with several business teams to define strategy and requirements, and lead efforts from design through delivery. You will own milestones from concept through implementation and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Work on identifying gaps in existing process and act as an SME on catalog initiatives based on customer research and analysis.&nbsp; - You will dive deep, collect evidence and analyze data to identify opportunities and refine long and short term goals. You will be working in a fast-paced environment on highly visible and exciting projects. Utilize the metrics for building a business justification with detailed impact of the proposed solution. In this role you would be required to: - Deal with ambiguous requirements and create a structured process for partnering with multiple teams - Perform extensive research of category specific requirements and be the voice of customers/suppliers - Influences small features and component deliverables/trade-offs. Influences customers, vendors, external partners, and engineering team priorities. - Owns feature roadmap. Works with customers and engineering to define/clarify product features and roadmap priority. - Understand technologies within product area and articulate technological requirements. Identify risks early on and ask the right technical questions. - Impact customer experience, feature usability, success metrics (e.g., customer delight, efficiency, sales, ROI), and team-level business goals. - Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and partner teams such as legal and finance. Produce clear, concise documents (e.g., functional, technical specifications). - Optimizes roadmap intake (e.g., features, bugs, etc.) Connect engineering teams to end-user/customer experience. Report progress to partner teams and stakeholders.
