In this role, you will have a strong understanding of the marketing mix and be responsible for the effective development of creative, communication strategies and Mass advertising plans. You will drive brand awareness, engagement and demand for registering as a seller on Amazon.   We are seeking a strong marketer who has experience in offline and social media channels, has hands-on experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders, developing insightful creative briefs and executing multi-channel ad campaigns. You will be innovative in your thinking and have proven success-influencing teams across an organization.  Key Responsibilities include:  - Create cross-channel innovative advertising programs across Print, Radio, Social Media to drive key awareness, engagement and demand metrics for Amazon Seller services   - Develop and execute special programs designed to empower small time entrepreneurs   - Develop compelling, relevant strategic input docs and creative briefs for creative development.  - Drive alignment across key stakeholders and own end-to-end execution of the program.  - Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting the performance of any campaign. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.  - Work with media planning, creative agencies to develop and execute marketing creatives/content.  Basic Qualifications:  - MBA required  - 4+ years of relevant work experience in brand marketing/ digital marketing/ B2B marketing  - Demonstrate extensive experience in ad campaign development, managing ad projects with multiple stakeholders and show proven expertise in creative development, measurement and execution.  - Demonstrated experience skills in uncovering insights from quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs  - Executive-level written and verbal communication skills  Preferred Qualifications:  - Prior experience in B2B Marketing/ Seller marketing is a plus   - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously   - Aptitude for being highly organized and for delivering results in a fast-paced environment   - Ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with superior ROI- from business case development through deployment  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
