Manager - Mobile Marketing ( Top B- School )  Amazon India is growing at a phenomenal pace and the Consumer Marketing team is one of the engines that is driving this growth. Much of this growth is driven on the mobile platform and the mobile business team within the consumer marketing team, is responsible for acquisition, engagement and product experience on mobile.  - In this role, you will own the engagement charter for the Amazon app and will be responsible for ensuring customer stickiness, loyalty and healthy retention rates.   - You will design marketing programs that help shape the customer journey on the app. You will evangelize new large scale and creative product engagements and programs that increase stickiness.   - You will also be responsible for building the vision for the app and build consensus around it with key business owners and stakeholders within Amazon and across geographies.   - You will manage a team and own the engagement program end to end. If you are a big thinker, like strategic projects, a strong people manager and are passionate about mobile, this role will excite you.   As Manager, Mobile Marketing, your key responsibilities will include the following :  - Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, product management and solving problems)  - Understand and dive deep in to data, discover customer patterns and build strategic programs to drive engagement and customer retention on mobile  - Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile initiatives to drive engagement for the Amazon mobile shopping application.  - Build and own the annual budget for mobile app downloads based on cost to acquire and long term value of the mobile app  - Work with several key stakeholders internally to build consensus around mobile engagement programs  - Build and own the re-targeting strategy and execution to drive high value users back into the mobile app  - Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment  - Collaborate closely with Mobile technical and business teams within Amazon as well as external vendors to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects.  - Coordinate with other cross Amazon marketing professionals to leverage relationships, establish best practices for marketing and advertising and collaborate on a unified Amazon vision in the mobile space.  Basic Qualifications :  The Mobile Marketing Manager should have :  - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in app demand response marketing, mobile marketing, and/or product management/marketing.  - Experience managing a team  - Superior English verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention to detail.  - Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results.  - Comfort rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions. High level of aptitude with Excel (pivot tables) required, and with SQL (basic queries) desired.  - Strong time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.  - Composed, poised and professional demeanor.  - Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.  - Bachelor's degree required.  Preferred Qualification :  - Experience in mobile eCommerce, mobile marketing or product management for mobile applications  - Expertise in the online and/or mobile market.  - MBA preferred.  - Experience in mobile commerce  This is the IN Mobile Shopping - Marketing team within the Consumer Marketing organization.
