Job Description :&nbsp; Amazon Seller Marketing team is changing the way India thinks about selling online. We are looking for a smart &amp; creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our new seller acquisition initiatives The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective acquisition strategies and launch new marketing programs while working with cross functional teams - product, mass media, events, etc. As part of the IN Seller Marketing Team you will play an instrumental role as we seek to acquire new Sellers and increase their engagement with Amazon Selling tools. He/She will own the paid acquisition channels including but not limited to SEM, UAC, Affiliates/Associates and Retargeting driving the overall new seller acquisition for Amazon India. What will your responsibilities include? - Establish and execute a performance marketing strategy through multiple digital marketing channels including SEM, UAC, Affiliates/Associates and Retargeting to drive new seller acquisition. - Constantly optimize and refine the campaigns basis the learnings from multiple A/B tests across the creative, landing page and Ad copies to drive maximum impact cost effectively. - Always be on the hunt for newer opportunities/platforms to expand the scale of new seller acquisition - Follow a data driven approach to take informed decisions while optimizing campaigns for impact. - Maintain a healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
