As a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) - Amazon Ads Media Products, you will be the key driver of advertiser success, ensuring brands and agencies maximize the impact of their media investments across Amazon MX Player, Fire TV, Amazon DSP and other premium inventory.


You will collaborate closely with sales, GTM, product, and Ad ops teams to deliver data-driven recommendations, optimize campaign performance, and enhance advertiser experience. This role requires a deep understanding of digital media, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end campaign success, managing strategy, execution, and performance for assigned advertisers

- Act as a strategic consultant, advising clients on Amazon's media ad products and helping them optimize investments across CTV, mobile, and display formats.

- Develop and execute media strategies, ensuring alignment with advertiser objectives and KPIs such as reach, engagement etc.

- Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and efficacy.

- Work closely with sales teams to develop customized solutions that address brand-specific needs and unlock new as well as upsell, repeat sales opportunities.

- Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting, demonstrating impact and identifying areas for improvement, along with creation of opportunities of upsell.

- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance automation, measurement, and optimization capabilities for advertisers.

- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, acting as the bridge between advertisers, internal teams, and external partners.

- Educate and empower advertisers, conducting training sessions and sharing best practices to drive adoption of Amazon's media ad solutions.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively advising advertisers on evolving media strategies and innovations.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or client solutions roles within an ad-tech, OTT, or e-commerce environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex advertising concepts into actionable client recommendations.

- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, CTV/OTT formats, and media measurement methodologies.

- Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating with product, sales, and operations teams.

- Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign optimization and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

- Passion for media and advertising innovation, with a deep understanding of emerging trends in digital and OTT advertising.
