Manager/Senior Manager-Construction Technology Infusion

Position : Manager/Senior Manager-Construction Technology Infusion.

Job Location : Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Able to identify the technology required as per current business plan and propose alternate execution methodologies to conventional methods.

- To prepare the budgets for the Technology Infusion.

- To Set construction technology services goals at the company/ Project level.

- To study the different technological developments in Construction Industry across the Globe and propose feasible adaptation.

- To be a technical expert in identifying the technology aspects

- To prepare the proposals on finalizing the technology including Return on Investment

- To prepare the roadmap with action plans for approval

- To communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractor for implementation.

- To develop a training module to the staff for proper deployment of the technology

- To develop metrics and to review the progress of the implemented projects

- To institutionalize the relevant aspects of technology across INFRA projects

Desired Candidate Profile : BE/M.Tech in Civil/ Structural Engineering with 12 - 20 years of work experience.

Nature of Experience needed :

- Identifying the Construction Technologies

- Should be competent in successfully implement Construction Technology project to drive the business objective.

- Should have worked in Construction sites to identified Automation / Mechanization projects.

- Able to forecast the cost saving technological projects with in the industry.

- Benchmarking the Technology standard in Construction industries.

- Overseas Experience , exposure to international execution methods.

- Able to prepared detailed study report for the Technological needed for Business.
