Role :
The role holder is responsible for managing and driving the growth of the company's loyalty program to upsurge the revenue.
CRM role includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production and execution process.
Knowledge :
- Advanced understanding of the practices and procedures for project/campaign management
- Creativity to generate ideas and insights
- Data Analytics as a core strength
- Ability to launch and set up omni channel CRM program for the brand
- Ability to get suitable tie ups for the brand to push channel wise sales
- Preparing reports; making recommendations within assigned turnaround time
- Working closely with the EBO Sales and Marketing business units to provide guidance on how to maximize current and prospective relationships through the use of the CRM
- Working with external and internal agencies to ensure the successful delivery of the loyalty programs.
- Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns.
Personal Profile :
- Graduate in any discipline, PG in sales & marketing
- 4+ yrs. of experience in CRM in a reputed brand
