About Amaha:
Amaha was founded in 2016 with the vision of making high-quality mental healthcare accessible to Indians and their families struggling with mental illness so they can feel better, get better, and stay better.
We are a mental health organization that provides high-quality care to individuals and their families who are struggling with any and all kinds of mental illnesses.
In order to cater to the varying mental health needs of Indians, Amaha offers an ecosystem of mental healthcare that includes 1-1 support with qualified therapists and psychiatrists, self-care tools, as well as peer support through an online community.
Amaha has a strong digital and offline presence in addition to online care delivered on our website and app, we provide in-person treatment and support through our centers in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
Amaha also partners with various types of organizations including workplaces, colleges, and insurance partners in order to extend mental healthcare to their members.
In 2022, Amaha joined hands with Children First, an organization based out of Delhi that offers mental healthcare to children and youth, in order to be able to provide care across the lifespan from childhood to old age.
Amit Malik, founder and CEO of Amaha, has over two decades of experience working in mental health globally and brings his clinical and entrepreneurial expertise to the table.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will report to the Product Lead and will be responsible for driving success for designated product vertical(s).
- Through product-led initiatives, you will be required to drive key outcomes for the overall business.
- You will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for evangelizing the product to our end users/clients and demonstrating the RoI of product initiatives to the founder and other stakeholders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the overall vision for the product.
- By translating the company's vision into an actionable strategy and roadmap for your product vertical(s).
- And by tapping into market research, user insights, and data analysis to identify opportunities for product growth.
- Leading the entire life cycle of product management.
- By delivering product launches quickly and optimally through collaboration with design, content and engineering.
- And by owning planning and delivery of sprints, for product and engineering teams and individual members.
- Driving process excellence within product.
- By defining and modifying protocols for different parts of product development.
- And by identifying and solving for training needs for the product team, in collaboration with the Product Lead.
- Supporting initiatives for team engagement.
- By sharing broader context about the business and the product to other members including product managers, designers, content writers, and engineers.
- And by proactively seeking and sharing feedback for overall improvement in processes and outcomes.
- Driving alignment across the organisation for product.
- By engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to collaboratively solve high-value business problems.
- And by communicating on behalf of the product team with key stakeholders in the organisation.
- Backing key decisions for product with data.
- By retrieving and analysing feedback from customers- stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements- features and end products.
- And by regularly carrying out data analysis to uncover future opportunities for product and tech.
Are you the right candidate for this role?
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 4 years of product management experience, as part of which you have worked on different parts of the product development lifecycle.
- Been responsible for multiple features of a product, and/or potentially an overall product.
- Experiencing in managing a team of product, design, content and engineering members for product delivery.
- Solid technical understanding, as demonstrated by having worked with different technological systems in the past.
- Led the work on cross-functional collaboration, coordination, and stakeholder engagement in past roles.
- Carried out quantitative and qualitative data analysis using a range of techniques, tools and platforms.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing or related fields.
