Amaha was founded in 2016 with the vision of making high-quality mental healthcare accessible to Indians and their families struggling with mental illness so they can feel better, get better, and stay better.

We are a mental health organization that provides high-quality care to individuals and their families who are struggling with any and all kinds of mental illnesses.

In order to cater to the varying mental health needs of Indians, Amaha offers an ecosystem of mental healthcare that includes 1-1 support with qualified therapists and psychiatrists, self-care tools, as well as peer support through an online community.

Amaha has a strong digital and offline presence in addition to online care delivered on our website and app, we provide in-person treatment and support through our centers in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.

Amaha also partners with various types of organizations including workplaces, colleges, and insurance partners in order to extend mental healthcare to their members.

In 2022, Amaha joined hands with Children First, an organization based out of Delhi that offers mental healthcare to children and youth, in order to be able to provide care across the lifespan from childhood to old age.

Amit Malik, founder and CEO of Amaha, has over two decades of experience working in mental health globally and brings his clinical and entrepreneurial expertise to the table.

About the role:

- We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving key outcomes for parts of the business through product-led initiatives.

- You will be working at the intersection of technology, clinical services, operations, and marketing and will be required to lead product initiatives across online and offline touchpoints.

What will you be doing?

The list of activities for a PM are always endless, but here's a snapshot of your core responsibilities:

Opportunity validation:

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identity opportunities for business growth and product success through market research, competitive landscaping, and user interviews.

Product Lifecycle management:

- This includes defining the strategy for your product area, translating it into a roadmap, delivering product launches quickly and optimally, and constantly reiterating based on user feedback, business priorities, and data.

Stakeholder buy-in and management:

- Create buy-in for your product vision and roadmap both internally and with key external partners.

- Incorporate inputs from key stakeholders for any product initiative, and maintain proactive communication channels with different teams for cross-functional engagement.

Are you the right candidate for this role?

We're looking for someone who has:

- At least 2 years of product management experience, as part of which you have worked on different parts of the product development lifecycle.

- Been responsible for driving success for a product line/vertical in their past roles.

- Solid technical understanding, as demonstrated by having worked with different technological systems in the past.

- Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation.

- Significant experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
