Reporting into: Strategy Head.
- Support the Head of Strategy in setting the overall strategy of the company - in terms of growth, expansion (products / geography / sectors), M&A deals, etc.
- Proactively support Strategy Head in terms of investor relations on all corporate development matters, in collaboration with Head Finance
- Drive strategic initiatives or cross-group projects contributing to the overall organizational strategy; Create and implement accurate plans and develop success metrics and communication approach for initiatives and projects.
- M&A Strategy: Work with the founders & senior management to develop an effective, cohesive strategy to inform future company M&A activities.
- Oversee acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture projects, from sourcing to transaction execution and support post-transaction activities
- Consult with senior managers on strategic priorities to ensure appropriate consideration of the Amagi's goals
- Be responsible for bringing together crucial pieces of information such as strategic priorities, competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets, etc. from various internal and external sources to develop strategic options
- Continuously analyze data from different reports / industry benchmarks, etc. to put the same together in a meaningful format (PowerPoint Presentations, Google Slides, Tableau reports, etc.) for Leadership Team, Investors, etc.
- Develops and manages methods to streamline and enhance existing processes and programs by adopting leading practices

- Able to think both strategically at a global level as well as effectively developing key processes, and deliver and distribute information across multiple channels and mediums. Preference for experience in strategic planning.

- Ability to perform standard analyses such as performance analyses, competitive analyses, market analyses, etc.
- Ability to prioritize work and maintain good judgment in a rapidly changing environment and synthesize insights and next steps from a large amount of sometimes conflicting data.
