Objective: As Senior procurement manager you will be responsible for negotiating, purchasing and managing 3rd party supplier relationships and will be responsible for inventory management of all parts procured. You will work with internal teams to identify the right vendor and ensure best price and quality of goods and services procured.The Sourcing leader will drive the sourcing process, supervise day-to-day vendor relationships and ensure quality/SLAs of delivery from vendors.

Duties and responsibilities:
Work with internal engineering, manufacturing, operations and sales teams to identify right vendors/suppliers for parts, products and services needed
Evaluate multiple vendors on costs/quality/delivery capability working with internal teams and negotiate best possible prices
Negotiate delivery terms & conditions and ensure smooth execution of procurement - work with legal as needed for contract negotiation
Monitor and manage delivery of products and services from vendors to meet required quality, SLA and time requirements
Work with finance team to ensure timely payments and management of vendor requirements
Build deep relationships with suppliers / vendors including conducting quarterly business reviews
Participate in contract dispute/resolution processes as needed including termination / re-contracting as needed
Manage and evaluate overall supplier performance
Update, monitor and report regularly on projects and supplier scorecard metrics such as delivery timelines, cost savings etc.
Identify, recommend and communicate opportunities for policy and process improvements and track customer satisfaction
Play an integral role in establishing supplier performance standards
Manage inventory of all procured parts and create systems/processes for smooth inventory management
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong integrity and ethics
- Minimum 10 years of supply chain management experience
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in evaluating supplier programs and identifying cost savings, monitoring supplier performance and compliance and conducting contract negotiations, agreement reviews
- Demonstrated experience working with international suppliers / service providers and negotiating contracts & pricing
- Comfortable with data and analytics to analyze and report performance
- Capable of negotiating for procurement of technical products
- Proven negotiation and contracting skills in a commercial business environment specific to achieving favorable prices and services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Inventory management process experience
