Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager - Marketing Operations, you will play anactive role inthe strategy, design, execution and operations of marketing processes, databases, automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses. The role thrives on agility and demands a passion for data, metrics, and reporting.

As part of this role, you will:

- Determine and drive the marketing operations strategies and frameworks

- Analyze current data as well as historical trends with insights that can shape company-wide marketing programs

- Champion best practices that guarantee marketing data quality for reporting and decision-making

- Be responsible for implementation of all tools, technology, and systems for marketing, in collaboration with revenue operations team

- Track, analyze, report, and enhance overall effectiveness of lead generation, nurturing and funnel creation activities

- Develops and drives the marketing database strategies and execution in relation tocustomer growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness

- Ensure proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality

- Enable efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with sales initiatives.

- Report day-to-day campaign activities, manage campaign trackingandlead attribution

- Provide ongoing analysis reports for marketing investments, actively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the status of marketing initiatives, program ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and activity

- Prepare and present key marketing KPI insights and data on relevant marketing operations to the senior management and the marketing leadership

Essential skills

- B2B marketing with exposure/interest in SaaS-based solutions

- Hands-on, with high capability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical requirements

- Deep interest in conducting quantitative analyses and forecasting program results

- Strong track record of implementing marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce

- Expertise in lead scoring, ROI, leading volume trends, forecasting, and SaaS experience

- Proficiency in digital marketing, including the use of paid media such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn and others

- Experience in Google Analytics, SEO tools

- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi-task

Experience and qualifications

- BTech/MBAfrom a premier institute with 8-10 years of experience

- Experience in leading or managing marketing operations for B2B tech/SaaS business is desired

- Exposure to working with global teams is a plus
