We are looking for a customer-obsessed global sales head to augment the Amagi leadership team. We are looking for a leader who can reinvent our go-to-market motion to build scale, bring fresh ideas and innovations and can drive execution relentlessly to realize our dreams. We are looking for a hands-on leader who has scaled businesses, built highly motivated sales teams, inspired individuals to do the

best work of their life and consistently led from the front. You will be responsible for hiring, inspiring and coaching a team of highly performing Sales & Account Managers responsible for the acquisition

and expansion of customers across the globe. You should have a proven ability to think strategically, communicate value, think on your feet, and navigate difficult conversations with creativity and confidence.

Representing a global Talent Acquisition team handling Americas, EMEA & APAC region based out of Bangalore / Operating remotely across India supporting the hiring needs, with strong business partnering and people development skills.

- Incumbent will work closely with the business leadership teams to build and execute against a long-term Talent Acquisition strategy for Amagi as well as supporting recruiting for other business orgs. In this role you will lead a team of recruiters working on candidate placement, process improvement, and business stakeholder satisfaction.

- A successful manager will foster a collaborative team environment and effortlessly contribute to a service-oriented culture that celebrates team and individual wins. The ideal candidate is able to work effectively at scale and is able to deliver multiple projects while contributing to a fun and collaborative team environment. They will start with the customer and work backwards forging partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers and other internal partners to deliver an industry leading experience.

- They possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to manage team priorities against tight timelines, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and have a practical, common sense approach to solving complex problems.

- Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and formal tracking process to measure and manage progress. Develop and execute to plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver to hiring goals without having to scale deployed resources at a rate faster than the business is growing. Drive sourcing capability & capacity to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment process.

- Work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel - Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

This role will be based in India, Bangalore (Remote working for now)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 3-5 years experience with MBA from Tier 1/ 2 B-school or 8+ years of recruiting experience without MBA.

- 4+ years of people management experience.

- Experience building, coaching and performance managing a recruiting team

- Experience developing recruiting hiring plans and building data driven recruiting reports.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Experience managing a recruiting team

- Successful track record working with cross functional business leaders to gain approvals on proposals and recommendations.

- Strong business acumen, and experience working with large, complex organizations during periods of growth and change.

- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills

You will excel at this role, if :

- You have extensive leadership experience from world class large-scale to mid-sized corporate or entrepreneurial environments.

- Demonstrated experience applying a strong process and metrics-informed orientation towards recruiting and building a team of - A- players.

- Executive presence to successfully interact with senior level executive and board members.

- A bias towards data and metrics for decision making and driving day-to-day execution

- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.

- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.

- Passionate about coaching others with a successful track record as an individual contributor and can share relevant and complex closing experience with a growing team.

- You have a good technology understanding, ideally with a background in software and technology

- You are an excellent team player - putting the needs of the team before yours

- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business

- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing customer deliverable on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
