Job Responsibilities:

As a Manager - Partner Marketing, you will support the creation of marketing content, campaigns and programs that are aimed at delivering value to Amagi's customers through business as well technical collaboration with the company's industry partners.

As part of this role, you will:

- Conceptualize and implement high-impact demand generation programs for select partners

- Support creation of content assets and audience marketing programs for select partner engagements

- Be responsible for generating qualified business enquiries that contribute to annual revenue quota of assigned partners

- Create visibility for the partner engagement through an optimal mix of digital and traditional marketing channels

- Support partner tradeshow event participation (live and virtual)

- Support creation of content assets and audience marketing programs for select partner engagements

- Collaborate with Amagi's internal stakeholders - Product, sales, channel sales, growth marketing, and stakeholders at partner organization to support a comprehensive partner GTM plan

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage partner account executives, and their customers to drive demand for Amagi's solutions

- Proactively work with growth marketing and content marketing teams to analyze content performance, and seek to test as well as optimize content to deliver improved results.

Essential skills

- B2B marketing with exposure/interest in SaaS-based solutions

- Experience with ISV partner programs in large technology firms like AWS, Google, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is desired

- Analytical skills with curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to improve

- Deep interest in conducting quantitative analyses and forecasting program results

- Conceptualizing content themes, and engaging with content marketing team to ensure content assets are delivered in a timely manner for campaigns

- Have a keen eye for technology innovations and leverage them to drive customer acquisition, retention and growth

- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi-task

Experience and qualifications

- B.Tech/MBA from a premier institute with 5+ years of experience in partner marketing and demand generation in technology companies, preferably in B2B SaaS

- Experience in collaborating with geographically distributed account teams, building and implementing regional plans

- Exposure to working with global teams is a plus
