Job Profile:
Amagi's Professional Services team is looking for a PMO lead who will oversee project governance and delivery, ensuring that our onboarding initiatives align with organizational objectives. This role focuses on resource allocation, demand forecasting, and tracking project milestones while providing actionable insights and reporting to management. The PMO lead will collaborate closely with project teams to optimize processes and drive performance improvements, playing a key role in delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Governance & Delivery: Lead the management of project portfolios, ensuring that all initiatives align with organizational objectives and adhere to budget constraints. Provide oversight for project managers to ensure successful delivery and compliance with governance standards.
- Demand Forecasting: Monitor and analyze project resource demands to ensure appropriate allocation of resources. Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate future needs and optimize resource utilization.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive tracking of project delivery milestones, risks, and issues. Prepare and present management reports that provide insights into project status, performance metrics, and potential areas for improvement.
- Resource Management: Oversee the tracking of project demands and resource allocations. Facilitate the procurement and onboarding of new resources as needed, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet project demands.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct analyses of financial reports and risk assessments to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.
Skills and Expertise Required:
- Good project management and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power BI, Macros).
- Familiarity with JIRA and MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail and data management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge in Media technologies like OTT, Server Side Ad-Insertion, Video on Demand, Digital Broadcast is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience: 2+ years in a Project Management Office.
Education: BE/BTech/MBA.
