Job Requirements: - Lead and champion NetSuite implementation projects. Interface with all areas of the business from finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, Intercompany, Org Structure) to understand business processes, workflows and apply that knowledge to your daily support of the application. - Manage SuiteTax Bundle to cater Indian taxation requirements - Manage Nexus tax bundle to cater UK, Singapore, Europe and US taxation requirements - Support and configure end user requests for new searches, reports, KPI's, dashboards. - Understand the business domain and help implementing new functionalities of NetSuite ERP like Procurement Processes, Multibook Accounting, Dunning, Credit Card Processing, Bank Reconciliations etc - Configure NetSuite to align to Company use of user forms, fields and custom records to manage unique business process requirements - Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand business users' requirements. - Identify opportunities and development to improve processes and streamline operations with technology solutions. - Prepare business/functional requirements documents indicating the core functionality and processes that must be configured in NetSuite. Collaborate with business and development teams to create comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches. - Configure the NetSuite system to meet the business process flows. Demonstrate solution walkthroughs of configured NetSuite applications to business users. - Identify test scenarios, establish test cases, and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met. - Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption. - Collaborate with technical team members to help guide the development of customized NetSuite solutions. - Research, design and present optimal solutions for users drawing on NetSuite best practices. Facilitate communications with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. - Own Ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation building. Develop reports and dashboards to empower operational and exploratory analysis or aid data-driven decisions. Desired Skills and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience - 6+ years' hands-on experience in NetSuite as Functional Consultant - 3-4 years of solid functional implementation or support experience in high-tech companies is a must. - Excellent knowledge of NetSuite finance, order to cash, procure to pay and Record to Report modules. - Must know the Oneworld finance close functions, intercompany accounting and Project accounting will be preferred. - Strong and proven experience of integration in Netsuite - Deep knowledge of NetSuite reporting tools and dashboards - Skilled at NetSuite Data migration tools - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to carry out a GAP analysis on current process - Strong presentation and technical writing skills Preferred Qualifications: - NetSuite Suite Foundations - NetSuite Certified Administrator - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and highly demanding work environment
