Designation : Cluster Head- Ad Sales (Corporate Clients) - Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing a cluster of channels for the specific region
- Strategize /plan short term / long term revenue plans for the specific cluster and region
- Derive the business targets from the revenue plan, define and allocate team / individual targets
- Define the appropriate resource plan based on the business plans
- Achieve / enhance Revenue Generation for the relevant region / cluster
- Collection of revenues
- Develop New business / clients/ markets / categories
- Client Servicing
- Brand Building
- Build and nurture excellent client / agency relationship
- Client retention
- Identify, build and nurture high performing teams, including managing performance management / career aspirations of the team
- Personality and career development of team
Skills :
- 9 - 12 years of experience of Media Ad Sales experience in a reputed TV Channel / Print / Radio
- Minimum 3 years of experience of managing people and proven leadership skills
- Proven track record of having successfully managed and improved business for a branch / business unit or vertical
- Excellent corporate client / agency relationship in the media space
- Excellent presentation / communication skills
- Dynamic go-getter with passion for sales and numbers
- MBA in Sales / Marketing from a reputed business school
