Job Role- - Responsible for workforce management processes and procedures for FPO centers at India and US
- Providing accurate long term and short term forecasts for the number and type of financial transactions received
- Improve operational efficiency by developing optimal staffing schedules
- Analyze resource utilization information and recommend for improvement
- Design, develop, and pilot production of MI requirements for Operations groups
- Complete trend analysis and document findings in a manner that can be presented to the Senior Management Group
- Production of ad hoc reports to support day to day business requirements and ad hoc operational initiatives -Identify ways in which the WFM function and related tools can be used in the most efficient way
Basic Educational Qualification - Graduate, preferably with Commerce background
Desired Experience (yrs.) - 6 - 8 years
Preferred Age Group (yrs) - 25 – 35 years
Preferred industry background - Finance & Accounting BPO
Essential Attributes/Competencies / Skills - Good Analytical Skills & Communication Skills
- Should be proficient with MS Office; especially in Advanced Excel
- Should have minimum of 4+ years of WFM experience
- Prior experience in back-office environment would be an advantage

Span of control (if any):-Individual Contributor
