- Acquisition Process: Prepares tariffs / products/ segments in line with AOP, market requirements and implement in order to aid acquisition, tie ups and alliances for brand association and acquisition
- Retention and Revenue Enhancement: Carry out activities to ensure existing subscriber retention and activities to increase revenues from existing base.
- Business intelligence: Track & analyze market trends + competition offering in order to launch appropriate acquisition & retention plans.
- AOP: - Prepare, review and modify AOP in consultation with head marketing / COO/ Sales / Finance in order to meet circle objectives for the stream.
- Marketing Strategy: support Head marketing in operationalising the strategy. Also for achieving circle gross additions & revenue targets.
- Market communication: To articulate / and follow up the needs of the pre paid stream to the brand/ communication team in order to aid acquisition process.
- Ensure Retail Visibility for VAS offers.
- To prepare and analyze MIS on a regular basis (monthly/weekly) to review
Qualification: MBA (premier Institute only)
