AM - US Sourcing - ITeS

We are hiring for a leading ITES based at Bangalore/ Hyderabad .

Position : AM-Sourcing (Passive Sourcing Specialists)

Exp : 6-8 yrs

Location : Bangalore/ Hyderabad ( Preferred candidates from Bangalore & Hyderabad only)

Industry : Prefer candidates having exposure in recruitment for US/ UK Global region.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Will be handling the recruitment for Global locations- US/ UK, APAC region

- Responsible for handling the leadership hiring.

- Understand the firm, its Functions, compliance, initiatives, and most importantly the hiring needs

- Understand the assigned service areas, technologies and sourcing processes

- Recruit in US market

- Consultative skill to prepare and present candidate marketplace analysis with sourcing and recruiting strategy to PPDs

- Engage with passive candidates (not looking for a job change) and warm them up to look for an opportunity with the Firm

- Manage clients, businesses and other stakeholders
