They are looking for Assistant Manager - Urban Planning
Duties & Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Master Planning for various zones and areas, support & coordinate with execution teams managing construction/interior Projects.
- Assist DGM – Infra Development in identifying & evaluating development options for optimal land use
1. Design, promote and administer government plans and policies affecting land use, zoning, public utilities, community facilities, housing, and transportation.
2. Advising on various aspects of Landscaping and plantation initiatives.
- Coordinate and confer with government officials for formulating land use or community plans and sanction of the plans.
- Studying and Discussing a design project with the engineers and determining the detailed specifications of the model.
- Preparing drawing with high precisions and as per scale & Storing the drawings as a soft copy And storing the final blueprint in an organized manner.
- Be responsible for sustainability initiatives of organization.
- Coordinate in Infra team for Project Review meetings
- Researching layouts and drafting design & planning policies to guide development.
- Using information technology systems such as CAD (computer-aided design) or GIS (geographical information systems).
- Advising organization on various aspects of Landscaping .
Job Specifications
- Education qualification : Bachelor in Arch / Master in Planning.
- Years & nature of Experience - 3 + Yrs of Experience in the field of execution of Infrastructure Development & Real Estate.
- Desired skills : Basic computer skills and should be proficient in MS Office/ Autocad / GIS. Experience in SAP & Vendor Management
- Desired attributes : Good internal customer focus; strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
- Control over Budget & Expenses. Imp requirements include quality , complexity and scale of Projects / Assignments handled and excellence in results.
