Job Description:

Looking for person experience of managing Outbound Telesales Process as Relationship Manager; extended expertise in Conducting Interviews, Training, Supervise Sales and Marketing; Support business operations through analysis of key performance indicators and trends.
Candidate should have experience of 3rd party call center management and vendor management skills

Job Responsibilities:

Managing outbound telesales process for sales of telecom products.

Manage service partners for process requirement

Design and carry out RNR and incentive schemes

Motivate and coach telecallers and retain them

Ensure targets are met for the vertical

Interact with customers solving grievances

Ensure persistency of business by retaining customers
