- Graduate with Minimum 4 Years of experience in Information security field in the area of implementation / auditing.

Specialized Qualifications / skills /experience required:

- CISA / CISSP/ ISO27001 Lead auditor certification. Good listening skills and communications skills. Analytical aptitude. Must have combined process and technical knowledge on OS, Servers, and Network, IPS, WEBSENSE URL Filter, ARC site.

- Should have experience of ISO27001/PCI/SAS70 implementation / Audit.

- No of years of Relevant work experience: 5-6 Years

- Candidate should possess strong presentation skills, good communication skills and comfortable working in 24*7 environment.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities -

- To roll out Security practices in the site under scope as per Serco policies and procedures ISMS implementation for client and certification compliance.

- To conduct vulnerability assessment and assess change

- To conduct internal audits across any location of Serco other than the one maintained

- To assess risks.

- To participate in third party / internal audits.

- To conduct Internal VA/PT & risk assessments.

- To follow up with individuals to close NCs.

- To review Network architecture, Log, Av, access.

- To monitor, review and analyse event logs and security logs and escalate to ISM.

- To recommend updating of Policy / Procedure document based on Incidents.

- To co-ordinate & support to other Serco facilities above listed activities

- To co-ordinate with network and system administrators and SME for security implementation

- To recommend changes & best practices for improvement in the system

- To co-ordinate & support in scope Serco facilities for implementation of policies & procedures.

- To conduct security Training / awareness to employees.

- To keep abreast with the latest trend sin security and propose proactive measures to mitigate risks.

- To recommend new security technologies and evaluation of security solutions/products.

- To maintain MIS on security for local site.
