SCOPE OF FUNCTION: TA for the division
ORGANIZATION: Fortune 500 US MNC
RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to TA Manager / Head
BACKGROUND:
- Serve as an experienced recruiter supporting the organization's recruiting program. Work with business leaders to gather and compile hiring needs.
- Implement the annual hiring plan and recruiting strategies that support the organization's functions.
- Manage and implement the overall recruiting processes, including interviewing and selection activities.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage recruitment process.
- Understanding defined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth
- Recruit new staff for specific functions, service areas based on approvals and staffing projections.
- Collaborate with business leadership to assess needs, develop strategy, and implement workplans to meet the hiring needs of various business areas.
- Manage sources used to generate candidate pipeline with little supervision.
- Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, referrals, research, relationships, in-house sourcing team, etc.)
- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources.
Manage the recruiting/hiring process, which includes:
- Create job descriptions
- Source candidates for respective industry/service areas/functions
- Create/place/update job postings
- Prescreen candidates for all levels up to the manager level.
- Negotiation with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (RMS)
