Job Opportunity with a leading provider of General Insurance.
Role:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition for Corporate and Pan India Recruitment Operations.
- Ensure that the man power requirements across all lines of business and across all locations are met effectively within specified TAT.
- Driving the Internal Job postings to enhance opportunities for the current employees.
- Cost Management: Bring down the average cost of hiring.
- Drive employee referral programs for various positions and ensure timely payout.
- Ensure that head count for the overall company is managed effectively within the budgeted headcount.
- Ensure that all the MIS and reports pertaining to recruitment are prepared within the agreed time frame.
Requirement:
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment roles.
- People Management.
- Preferred Industry: Insurance(life/General), MNC Organizations.
- Preferred Male Candidates.
- Only recruitment profiles required as the job involves pure recruitment role.
- Good Interpersonal and stakeholder management.
