Currently working on an opportunity for the position of Assistant Manager - SOX Compliance sales for a leading media firm.

Location-Mumbai.

Qualification- CA/MBA

Job Profile:

- SOX Compliance project management (Planning, Scoping, Training, Guidance and Support)

- Working with process owners for closure of gaps, issues identified by Internal/ External Auditor

- Reviewing Application Controls, Access Control and Segregation of Duties in SAP, Broadcasting Management System, Rights Management System and Employee Claims system.

- Providing guidance on Contract Approval Policy and maintaining Delegation of Authority in SAP and Employee Claims system.

- Setting up of standard operating procedures for various business processes and reviewing implementation and compliance.

- Participate as an Internal Controls expert in projects involving finance systems implementation and outsourcing business processes.
