Job Purpose

- Responsible for planning and developing creative Sales Force promotions and incentive schemes - conceptualizing, maintaining budgets, monitoring results. Additionally person will also be responsible for organizing events

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and develop creative Sales Force promotions so as to support the monthly targets of the organization while maintaining the budgets.

- Tie up with Plant to finalise the promotional schedule well in advance to monitor results of promotions launched

- Manage all internal communication to Sales Force. Work closely with communications team to ensure timely delivery of monthly communication/ print material

- Plan and execute Sales Force events on regional and National level- Creative Themes, flow of the event

- Coordinate with external Agencies and various internal departments for various events and conferences

Preferred Skills

- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel

- Good Communication Skills

- Strong logical & analytical skills.

- Strong negotiation skills

- Good at priority setting and time management

Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience 3 - 5 years of experience with MBA in Marketing.
