Position- AM- Sales & Marketing

Company- Has launched India's first online fashion magazine.

Required Exp.- 2-4 years

Eduction- MBA/PGD in Sales/Marketing

Industry Background- Print/Media/Online/Radio

Location- Delhi

Preference- Female candidates from Delhi & Noida are preferred.

Key Responsibility Areas

Media Space selling

1. To pitch and sell the advertising space according to the targets assigned.

2. To build strategies for swift selling and creating revenue

Client Building & Management

1. To build a detailed database of prospective clients & media-planning agencies for selling & more

2. To meet clients and agencies for sales and other business development activities

3. To build & sustain client relationships

4. To strike innovative business deals with clients

Market research & Brand Building

1. To conduct thorough market research, analyse competition & build strategies to get an edge above the rest.

2. To build brand through well-researched & effective strategies from time to time

3. Collective business development of all the brands under Silver Spoon Creatives Pvt. Ltd. group of companies.

4. To organize & oversee all the internal and external events - from management to sponsorship - of the company

5. To coordinate with all team members for any specified task.

In-house activities

1. To make presentations

2. To maintain the portal & brand social media regularly

3. Interaction with the international promoters of our magazine

Skills required

1. Relationship development / management

2. Strong Communication and articulation - verbal and written.

3. Ability to interact with CXO levels and respect for seniority.

4. Flair for learning.

5. Ability to efficiently multi-task.

6. Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
