Hard Rock Cafe, Hyderabad is looking for Creative and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Assistant Manager for sales & marketing.

The year of experience required is in the range of 2-4 years.

Job Description:

- Business Development & Corporate Sales

- Revenue generation by the sales of HRC Party packages

- Stregnthen customer base by bringing new customer and retaining the existing ones

- Client database- Create and Maintain the database of prospective clients-individual & corporate

- Evaluate and track customer feedback, manage customer database and handle regular communications to ensure a strong customer relationship

- Generate weekly & monthly sales & marketing reports for corporate office

- Develop and execute annual marketing plan & promotional strategies

- Advertisement Campaigns

- Creating and designing reports, newsletters, advertisements and other marketing collaterals

- Preparing the content and the design for all the outdoor advertisement on hoardings and also for all the print advertisement in local and national dailies, magazines and online media, radio mentions across the local FM channels

- Media & PR management

- Manage relations with print and online media and PR houses

- Developing, managing and executing integrated media campaigns, events and PR affairs

- Ensuring healthy media presence by coordinating with the media and PR agencies

- Ensuring proper coverage for the events in local and national dailies, magazines and online

- Responsible for creating brochures, press releases printed reports, newsletters and advertisements

- Vendor Management- Contract negotiations and ensuring all commitments from a branding and event perspective are carried out as per existing specifications and guidelines

- Generate ideas for CSR activities and execute them

Required skill set & qualification for interested candidates-

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute

- 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in hospitality sector

- Strong communication skills

- Strong negotiation and selling skills

- Idea generation- Creative and enthusiastic for new and fresh ideas & strategies

- Result oriented approach
