Our client is a well known name in banking internationally, with a successful history in India, and strong growth plans for the future. They have been expanding their shared service set up greatly and are looking for a seasoned risk professional to establish and manage the risk and compliance function along with SOX and operations control across the organization.

Job Description

Reporting into AVP - Risk and Governance, you would be responsible for

- Developing a strong governance framework and setting up risk mitigation controls

- Develop and maintain Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) and testing mechanism

- Ensuring that risk control framework is updated and managed regularly along with conducting SWOT reviews of various internal controls

- Highlighting and resolving any project related risks

- Managing third party vendors to implement effective coordination with outsourced partner

- Monitoring & ensuring regulatory compliance

- Assisting in production of dashboards for risk & governance frameworks

The Successful Applicant

You must be a CA/ MBA (Finance) with minimum 4 years of post qualification experience with a leading financial services firm. Prior knowledge and experience of internal audits, risk controls (RCSA), compliance advisory is mandatory. Experience of SOX is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders is essential.

This role shall entail international travel upto 50% and would be a UK shift.
