Looking for candidate from Top Tier Institute with experience into analytics for a leading e-commerce company based out of Mumbai
Job Description:
The candidate would be responsible for all data/analysis, retention channel across the site and on the app. Ability to come up with impactful business insights to improve retention metrics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure data collection happens at every point in the customer journey
2. Transform the collected data into a state ready for analysis via automation of reports/dashboards.
3. Data collection and analytics across on-site properties - e.g., click through rates, heat maps, user journeys and clickstream.
4. Data collection and analytics around Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) - open rates, spam rates. Clickstream, conversion tracking, mailer scheduling.
5. App engagement and retention analytics.
6. Customer segmentation planning, analytics and insights.
7. Interface closely with the product/engineering teams to build solutions supporting retention analytics.
8. Work closely with Category teams to gain business understanding and translate the same into retention activities.
Required Skills
1. Comprehensive expertise with Microsoft Excel.
2. High proficiency in SQL. Ability to create databases from large data sets and query the same to gain insights.
3. Comfortable with statistical procedures and proficiency in R or SPSS.
4. Excellent tech skills. Understanding of google analytics. Ability to learn new systems.
Required Qualifications
1. MBA - 0-2 years- analytics experience - from a top-tier institute.
2. Undergraduate from a top-tier institute with 1-2 years experience in analytics.
