Assistant Manager- Reporting

The person will be responsible for reporting on the KPIs/ MIS for the service line. He/ she will help the Reporting Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis for the service line.

In this role, the person would also develop, mentor and supervise the people reporting into him.

Key competencies:

- Proficient and hands on experience in applications like MS Access, MS Excel, VBA, SQL Server, Excel and PowerPoint is a must

- Develop meaningful and actionable analysis from the reports, perform trend analysis and forecasts in line with Assurance strategy

- Should be able to identify and execute reporting automations projects and be able to bring substantial improvements in reporting process

- Ability to lead and manage large reporting projects with minimal supervision

- Good project management skills in order to track multiple deliverables and meet the defined time lines

- Effective inter-personal skills to ensure escalation free delivery and manage multiple stake holders

- Excellent coaching and counseling skills and should be able to technically up-skill existing team members through regular trainings

- Should be ready to work hands on if required and be able to effectively review the reports published by the team

- Knowledge of financial terms and KPIs would be an added advantage

- Lead the reporting function, People Management, Coordination, Technical Knowledge
