Job Description: Role overview :
- Responsible to develop and maintain a robust recruitment process which aims at meeting the recruitment needs of the organization.
- Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment:
Manpower planning/ Stakeholder management:
- Work closely with GH/UH to understand the manpower requirement and ensure all requirements are met in a timely manner
- Partner and engage with the Group Heads, Unit Heads and Managers to understand their HR expectations and concerns.
Sourcing to selection:
- Search various sources (job portals, referrals, direct mailers, external agencies etc.) to seek the right fitment to our internal requirement
- Conducting the initial round of interview
- Scheduling and coordinating the interview
- Conducting the HR Interview for up to & including AMs and scheduling the HR round for all Manager and above levels with the HR Head
- Provide feedback to GH/UH and seek their inputs
- Salary negotiation with the final shortlisted candidates
- Seek approval from MD on the proposed offer
- Roll out the offer to the short listed candidate
- Engage with the candidate till the time they come on-board
- Prepare the offer letter
MIS/ Data analysis:
- Preparing the recruitment dashboard/ recruitment MIS and provide analysis on various data points (e.g. sources, cost, no of offers accepted vs. declined etc. in the form of pie charts, pivot tables etc.)
- Headhunting tasks to be carried out from time to time
Employee referral policy:
- Track employee referrals by maintaining a data base on a daily basis
- Communicate to our employees on the status of the referrals sent by them
- Prepare reports on the number of referrals received
- External vendor management (recruitment agencies & naukri.com)
- Review performance of existing vendors and explore the feasibility of new partners
- Meet with the externals vendors once a month
- Responsible for Recruitment Management System
- Regularly updating the RMS as per the requirement and suggesting changes to make it more effective and user friendly
Query resolution:
- To track and monitor all request relating to talent acquisition
- Resolve all queries pertaining to sourcing, short listing and the recruitment process
Desired Candidate Profile: Work Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Recruitments with proven track record
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and the various methods being used
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Ability to screen the right candidate for the right job
- Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Excellent Negotiation & influencing skills
- Market knowledge and Strong networking & database management skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
Education:
- Master's or post graduate degree in Human Resources Management
- Additional certifications into Recruitments or related areas
- Prior Experience in any KPO will be given preference.
