A leading MNC is looking for Assistant Manager -Recruitment
Location - Mumbai
Experience - 4 to 8 years
Jon Responsibility :
- Responsible for maintaining the entire life cycle of recruitment.
- Handling recruitment for various positions from Middle level to Senior Managerial level.
- Ensuring the smooth transition of the selected candidates to the organization.
- Fulfilling the requirements for niche skill sets, screening resumes matching the requirements from the existing database, Staffing partners, job portals, and headhunting and actively involved in hiring through Employee Referrals. I have got expertise in extensive Industry Mapping and head-hunting.
- Short listing, screening the candidates as per the given requirement with keeping in mind organization"s short and long term goals. Sourcing profiles from Job Portals and other webs, Head Hunting and Extensive Industry Mapping.
- Responsible for taking the telephonic rounds of interview and Lining up short listed candidates for f2f round. Conducting reference check on the shortlisted candidates.
Sourcing candidates through various job sites
- Screening the resumes based on competency and skills.
- Identify Target Companies from where CVs should be preferably sourced.
- Forwarding matched CVs to clients for short-listed.
- Informing the short listed candidates about their short-listing.
- Scheduling interviews (Personal/Telephonic) for the short-listed candidates according to the convenience of both candidate and client.
- Coordinating with candidates through the recruitment process till the candidate joins the company.
