- Team Handling

- Recruiment of Entry level and Lateral positions for back office , voice and semi voice process.

- Recruitment through Direct Sourcing , Referrals and Vendor

- Vendor Management

- Internal Stakeholder Management

- MIS

Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 5 to 8 years of experience into entry level recruitment with BPO / ITES only.

- Ability to work under targets

- Ready to work in 11.00 to 8.00 pm shift
