Designation: AM-HR
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall Recruitment Cycle for the organization and Ensure recruitment process adhere to quality guidelines
- Ability to handle core recruitments for F&A, Support and Operations
- Manage vendor relationships for the group as well as build vendor capability
- Accountable for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires
- Develop HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Prepare and manage job descriptions and job adverts, decide on best ways to advertise
- Administer HR related Day to Day Activities
- Advise on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
- Interpret and advise on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues like disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities
- Listen and handle grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
- Analyze training needs in conjunction with line managers; plan and deliver training module, including inductions.
Experience
- 6–8 years of hands on HR experience. Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in a Core Recruitments.
- Proven track record of recruitment across all levels with special focus on Middle and Senior level hiring.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships including Senior Leaders.
- Handling all HR Activities.
