Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  - Performing Qualitative and Quantitative account business development support  - Analysing Company financial statement  - Performing ratio analysis, transaction analysis  - Conducting company and industry research based on financial numbers and industry trends  - Review of work performed by other team members  - Manage a team of 4-6 people  - Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery  - Focus teams on the key priorities while managing several medium-size projects  - Ensure smooth service delivery within the defined geographical area  - Ensure that team members deliver quality service as per client’s needs and priorities  - Partner with internal and external clients to improve processes  - Assign people to projects based on their skills, career goals and client’s expectations  Competencies / skills:  - Have expert knowledge of financial statements  - Have good knowledge of research databases like Capital IQ, One Source, Factiva, Merger market, etc.  - Perform QC reviews and ensure that the output delivered is of utmost quality  - Coach and mentor team members on technical skills and soft skills  - Manage communication with the on-site teams, and provide thought leadership ideas on scope of work  - Act as a counselor for four-five team members (CAs and MBAs)  - Participate in goal-setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees  Job Specification:  Education & Experience:   - MBA/CA with 4 to 6 yrs relevant experience.  - Should have experience in mentoring / managing team.  For further details please call Shivani at 09891017440
