About Our Client

Our client is a Leading MNC bank with operations in 25 + countries and their Finance Center of Excellence (COE) in Gurgaon, servicing global offices. In their effort to expand their operations in Gurgaon, they are looking to hire a professional for one of their most critical teams.

Job Description

You will be accountable for growing the service delivery for Daily T+1 P&L production and monthly financial control. The principal products covered are Cash Equities, Bonds, Rates etc. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Ensure daily T+1 P&L production with appropriate attribution and analysis.

- Review daily P&L, including understanding risk positions and market moves for P&L explanation, and review of flash vs formal differences

- Partnering with the change team and onshore stakeholders to deliver an optimum operating environment through the adoption of best practice, kaizan, lean methodologies and strategic technology initiatives.

- Ensuring that the integrity of the operating environment meets audit and regulatory standards

The Successful Applicant

You are a confident and qualified MBA (Top Tier Business School) or Chartered Accountant with at least 4+ years of Product Control experience within the Investment Banking industry. You will have excellent knowledge of Fixed Income and Equity products and their accounting treatment with prior managerial experience. Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent. Experience of working in a global environment preferable.
