About our Client - Our client is a high-profile worldwide leading financial institution with significant presence in Asia. Due to constant expansion and to bring their business to even greater heights in India, a few outstanding opportunities have arisen for seasonal Product Control candidates in the Gurgaon set-up.

Job Description - Reporting into the Manager, you would be regularly interacting with members of the Trading Desks to resolve issues. Your daily responsibilities would include:

- Preparation and review of daily P&Ls for Equity and Equity Derivative products.

- Daily Capital requirement calculation and review.

- Month end Balance Sheet substantiation.

- Assistance in the preparation of monthly management pack for Australian business.

- Preparation of Annual financial statements of entities for which the team is responsible.

- Preparation of monthly GST returns.

- Apart from this, you would be expected to support junior staff and also maintain positive client relationships. Taking initiatives in developing new products since it is a set-up and maintain documentation would also be key to this role.

The Successful Candidate -

- Postgraduate/ professional accounting qualification, preferably CA or CPA.

- Minimum 4 years of post CA qualification experience or minimum 6 - 7 years of experience for MBA Finance within an Investment Bank.

- Background in Product Control or chartered environment with exposure to financial instruments (Equities and Derivatives) would be preferred.

- Candidates from treasury divisions of banks, accounting for trading desks would be a very good fit to the role too.
