Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to build a deeper understanding on prospective clients to understand the business and their problems better, generate leads in collaboration with the BD and delivery team, allocate lead follow-ups to specific individuals, work with the business development team to develop intelligent business proposals/pitches, schedule meetings, track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet relevant targets.
- Own the library having BD material including Case studies, Sales Pitch etc. Customize BD material to prospective clients and as per the inputs from Senior Leaders within the firm.
- Maintain version control of the BD material and keep the latest one ready before meetings.
- Display strong leadership across the entire value chain of business development activities in existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Total professional experience of 2-3 years. (Management consulting background is preferred)
- Tier 1 MBA degree from IIMs, ISB, XLRI or MDI only
- Should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders within the firm to run the business development process
- Excellent track record of handling complex and challenging assignments under pressure
- Should be able to take ownership and should have analytical bent of mind
- Experience with Sales Force.com will be helpful.

- Excellent interpersonal skills as the position would entail regular contact with Senior Leaders within the Firm and potential and existing clients
- Strong power point skills is a must
- Strong team player who can work under minimal guidance
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in an international environment
