Qualification & Job Specification:
- MBA in HR, MHRM (Regular) from Recognized universities
- Excellent Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Telugu

- Ability to work on multi tasks
An ideal candidate should have at least 6 yrs of experience in IR & ER profile with fair knowledge of HR processes, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliances and payroll adminstration, Wage Settlements, Union Management
